🎨 ARMY PAINTER TERRAIN PAINTING GUIDE (Stone & Wood Focus)

Step 1: Prime (Already undercoated if you selected the option)
Step 2: Base Colors (Airbrush or Large Brush)

• Stone Walls: Army Painter "Uniform Grey"

• Timber Frames & Roof: "Oak Brown" & "Leather Brown"

• Doors & Shutters: "Deep Blue" or "Vampire Red" for a pop of color

• Thatch or Shingle Roof: "Desert Yellow" & "Fur Brown"

Step 3: Terrain Wash
Apply "Strong Tone Quickshade" heavily over everything, using a large brush or dipping method. This will flow into all the crevices, defining every timber and stone.

Step 4: Drybrush Highlights

• Stone Drybrush: Heavy drybrush with "Ash Grey" , then lightly with "Mummy Robes" .

• Wood Drybrush: Drybrush timber frames with "Leather Brown" and then "Desert Yellow" .

Step 5: Protect the Building
Seal with a durable matte varnish to withstand repeated folding and gaming use.
